We are Terry and Lisa Hale and here's why we are asking you to join us in St. Augustine.  Over the last couple years our focus has changed from making thousands of dollars in residential Real Estate to making Millions in commercial Real Estate. This is our story:

We are both in our early thirties and we finally learned that it’s never too early and it’s definitely never too late to be filthy rich. We were running two marketing businesses (as if one wasn’t enough stress). We had over 40 employees to baby sit and watch as they milked the clock. We were paying out more in salary than the business was pulling in. It was exhausting and very undesirable work. We were being suffocated by tedium and our days were becoming weeks and weeks were turning into months and we were going NOWHERE! When we started to pay our employees from our personal savings, it was obvious that it was getting way too ugly and that we needed a life change.

Along came Life Changing Event Number One.  We received a mailer about a One Day Real Estate seminar. We decided to go and we watched as testimonial after testimonial were being displayed and how thousands were being made one after another. We thought ... no employees, no more baby sitting, and this was just the change we needed.

As time passed, we did away with those businesses and we quickly became dedicated "Real Estate Entrepreneurs" running full speed ahead. We started to focus on higher end homes and apartment buildings.  That was working well until Life Changing Event Number Two appeared and our paths again changed.  In December of 2004, we went to an event where we listened to a Ron LeGrand student tell about a deal that he and Ron collaborated on that will put him into early retirement.

This was a commercial Real Estate deal that had a return on it that made him an instant Millionaire. From that moment on, we were dedicated to directing all of our energy and efforts to the world of Commercial Real Estate.

After touring the country coast to coast over a dozen times (which was a costly, but also priceless experience) we learned fast and we learned a lot. From our experiences we have purchased and wholesaled a number of deals consisting of both land and buildings. We partnered with Ron LeGrand on a tract of land that we found where the sellers were well-motivated.  We purchased it with very creative financing and great terms.  The value after just rezoning is worth over $50 Million and that's just one of the deals we've done. 

Terry is also a Regional Project Manager for LeGrand Ventures and as such is directly involved with several new commercial deals each week so we REALLY do know this business.So, we decided to pave the road ahead for you, to make it easy for you to also obtain your on Millionaire Status.
